2025 Registration
Tucson Registration (Days 1-7)
Regular registration deadline for Tucson events is midnight on February 20th. Late registration closes on midnight February 28th.
Phoenix Registration (Day 8 + Day 9)
Registration for the final weekend (near Phoenix) is run through the Greater Phoenix Orienteering Club. Check the Phoenix SWSW event Website for all the latest information.
Registration deadline for Phoenix events is noon on March 13th.
Groups
Please contact the registrar if you have a group to register. For general questions please don't contact the registrar but rather use this form.
Youth Participants
All participants under 18 must provide a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Please download a copy of the Waiver and "Permission to Participate" form and have it completed and signed by a parent/guardian before you bring it with you to the event.

Refunds for Tucson events
For cancellations before the regular registration deadline we will refund 90%. For cancellations before the late registration deadline we will refund 50%. After the late deadline no refunds will be issued.
